2026 Regional Meetings
Region 2 members meet via Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of February, April, July, and September.
October
is our General Meeting. At November's meeting we conduct post-general meeting business
and plan for the next year.
There is no meeting in December.
Meetings start at 7:00 pm ET

2026 Annual General Meeting - Saturday, October 3
Our host for this hybrid-meeting is the Greater Rochester Iris Society,
being held at the First Presbyterian Church Hall, 27 N Main Street, Honeoye Falls, N.Y.
Deadline to register is no later
than September 20, 2026. Here's a link to the registration form pdf.
This year Region 2 AIS Youth have the registration fee waived
(form still required).

The gathering starts Friday evening with dinner at a restaurant in Honeoye Falls. Email
Cara before September 20 if you are interested in joining us. Dinner expenses are your own responsibility.
Saturday
starts at 9:00 am with coffee, tea, pasteries, and conversation with your Region 2 friends.
Throughout the day you can bid on items
in the Silent Auction.
Our annual business meeting starts at 10:00 am.
Our speaker is Jody Nolin, AIS past president, who will
speak on Iris Species for Every Gardener.
Lunch will follow (registration required) after which there will be a live
auction of beardless iris.
This will be followed by a 2-hour classroom Judges' Training session
on 'Speciecs Cross and Species Exhibition Training' by Jody Nolin.
